At Zenvy Bags, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request raised within 7 days of delivery date
  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Product should not have been altered or customized
  • Must include original invoice/receipt

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Products without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

3. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective Product: Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Wrong Product: Received a different product than ordered
  • Damaged in Transit: Product damaged during shipping
  • Size/Fit Issues: Product doesn't match the size description
  • Not as Described: Product significantly differs from website description/images
  • Quality Concerns: Product quality doesn't meet expectations

4. How to Request a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us Email us at info@zenvybags.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (for defective/damaged items).
  2. Approval Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship it to our return address. We'll provide a shipping label for defective items.
  4. Quality Check Once received, we'll inspect the product within 2-3 business days and process your refund.
  5. Refund Processed Refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation

5.1 Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately at info@zenvybags.store
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  • Cancellation will be confirmed within 24 hours
  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

5.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may:

  • Refuse delivery (product will be returned to us)
  • Accept delivery and initiate a return as per our return policy

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable for refused deliveries unless the order was defective.

7. Refund Methods

7.1 Online Payments

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on bank)
  • UPI: 1-3 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet: 1-2 business days

7.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) - You'll need to provide bank account details
  • UPI Transfer - Share your UPI ID for quick refund

Processing time: 7-14 business days after receipt of returned product.

8. Return Shipping

8.1 Defective/Wrong Products

For returns due to defects, wrong products, or transit damage:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Alternatively, return shipping costs will be reimbursed

8.2 Change of Mind Returns

For returns due to change of mind or personal preference:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

9. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Initiate a return for the original product
  2. Once refund is processed, place a new order for the desired product

10. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Product returned with missing accessories or components
  • Product shows signs of use but is still in acceptable condition
  • Product packaging is damaged but product is intact

The partial refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned product.

11. Damaged or Lost Returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is processed.

Important: Please ensure products are packed securely before shipping. We reserve the right to reject returns that arrive in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging.
