All orders above ₹999 are fully insured against loss or damage during transit at no extra cost.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Below are our estimated delivery timelines:

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times start from the date of dispatch, not order placement. You will receive tracking information via SMS and email once your order is shipped.

Additional Charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional ₹50 COD handling fee applies to all COD orders.
- Remote Area Surcharge: For certain remote pin codes, an additional ₹50-100 may apply. This will be displayed at checkout.
- Re-delivery Charges: If delivery fails due to customer unavailability (after 2 attempts), a re-delivery charge of ₹100 may apply.

Non-Serviceable Areas: Some remote locations may not be serviceable for delivery. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. In such cases, please provide an alternate delivery address in a serviceable area.

Here's how we process and dispatch your order:
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your order details and estimated delivery date.
Order Processing
We process your order within 1-2 business days. Your bag is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for dispatch.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time on our website.
Out for Delivery
On the delivery day, our courier partner will attempt delivery. You may receive a call from the delivery executive before arrival.
Delivery
Upon successful delivery, you'll receive a confirmation. Please inspect the package before accepting and report any visible damage immediately.
Track Your Order
You can track your order using any of the following methods:
- Website: Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number and email address.
- Email: Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- SMS: Click the tracking link sent to your registered mobile number.
- Customer Support: Contact us with your order number for tracking assistance.
Delivery Attempts & Failures
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts before returning the order. If you're unavailable during delivery:
- The delivery executive will try to contact you via phone
- A re-delivery attempt will be made the next business day
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
Undelivered Orders
Orders may be returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Customer unavailable after multiple attempts
- Customer refused delivery
- Address not found or inaccessible
For returned orders, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. For COD orders that are returned, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs.

The shipping partner is automatically selected based on your delivery location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
Address changes are possible only before your order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at info@zenvybags.store with your order number and new address. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If you've already accepted the package and find the product damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Same-day delivery is not currently available. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for select metro cities. Delivery time starts from the date of dispatch, which typically takes 1-2 business days after order placement.
We currently don't offer scheduled delivery slots. However, you can coordinate with the delivery executive directly when they contact you for delivery. For offices or apartments with restricted delivery hours, please mention this in your order notes.
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services to international destinations. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
